The Wild Basin duplex in the Westlake Hills above Austin, TX was our first residential remodel project. We lived in half and used the other half as a short-term rental and family investment property.

We completed extensive interior and exterior renovations on this duplex including two bathroom remodels, a level 5 finish on all drywall, new doors and windows, interior trim, exterior siding, new decks, stucco repairs, and landscaping and drainage upgrades.
