Reese Stair and Basement Remodel

Salida, CO

The Reese’s house was built in the 1980s in the Pinion Hills subdivision of Salida. There were a few issues during the original home construction that failed final inspection. As a result, and unbeknownst to the Reese’s, their home had never been granted a CO.
