What a stellar opportunity! The Shavano restaurant is located in an 1850s Rio Grand Railroad saloon across from the River Park in downtown Salida.

The owners of Shavano bought out The Fritz and we worked with them to complete a total interior renovation of the restaurant. We replaced and/or refinished all wall and floor surfaces throughout the restaurant. We repaired extensive water damage to the floors, custom fabricated and installed new bar shelving, and designed and built custom 5’x3’ mirrors for the dinning room.
